Once the intellect and powers of reason fail, cognition overtake us in a most devastating way it seems not possible to recognize those who at one very crucial time of our lives provided shelter food and the protection we all desire for basic survival needs.
It is my intention to enjoy every minute detail of our lives ahead...savoring every morsel of sanity for that which we cannot control will soon overtakes us in a unrecognizable manner...the smells of coffee early in the morning; eggs prepared so basically seems to acquire new meaning when seen from the eyes of someone who's powers of reason are less than optimum....
What is there to wait and hope for? but the joy of today's events...and sometimes even such are rarely continued in a logical order...

or maybe some grilled onions just harvested this morning from the garden...the red kind, of course...mixed with some mushrooms and perhaps garlic from the garden also....
And one more item...the sounds of rain!! especially in this part of Texas during the month of mid-July...wow! a rare combination when served @ the Veranda by the garden where the daisies bordered each of the flower beds.....I'm in heaven!!
